SHIPPING + ORDERS 

Order confirmation emails are sent right after an order is placed. You you have not received an email, first check your spam/junk folder before contacting our customer support team at info@samreensvanity.com.

All orders, including expedited orders, are processed during business days, excluding holidays. They are expected to ship within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise indicated. With standard shipping, orders to all parts of the continental U.S. may arrive in 3-8 business days after being dispatched. Expedited shipping to the US can take 48 to 72 business hours to be delivered. This does not include weekends and holidays.

Please email our customer support team at info@samreensvanity.com to further assist you if it has surpassed one week since you have placed an order.

Currently we are only shipping within the US. Don’t worry though! We are working on offering international shipping in the near future.

RETURNS

At SamreensVanity, we want you to feel confident and love your products! If you are not satisfied with your order shipped within the US, we will accept returns made within 30 days. Anything exceeding 30 days is final sale. All merch sales are final. Please note that we charge a return processing fee of $5.00 which will be deducted from your refund.

Email us at info@samreensvanity.com and we’ll take care of it as long as the exchange is made within 30 days. Please note, exchanges will be processed for an item of equal or lesser value.

Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.

PRODUCTS

Yes! We do not have any animal derived ingredients in our products. Our lipsticks are made without beeswax. We do not test on animals.

Our products are formulated without parabens, phthalates, mineral oils, and more.

All our products are fragrance free.
